At both events I had inspiration at hand at all times I remembered the works of Saul Leiter, Thomas Hoepker, Trente Park, Vivian Maier and Martin Parr in mind. Using this inspiration, I walked around mostly looking for candid moments and moments of beauty, where composition brings power within an image. I also kept in mind the shooting styles of each photographer using this to inspire me, I shot using an xpro1 as this camera is helpful in fast moving and changing environments so helped a lot.
I feel that both of my event shoots were successful but I would stick to one style or a couple to get a more successful and smooth flowing photo story. However I still feel my photo story shows my confidence to shoot in different styles as well as show my confidence when finding inspiration from many different sources.
